Important: If a product or its variation (e.g., size, color, model) that is part of a subscription is deleted or significantly changed, the subscription will no longer function. This is expected behavior, as ReadyCMS cannot fulfill orders for non-existent or altered product variations. In such cases, a new subscription must be created using an active product or variation.

Ensure the email template for recurring orders is active (order_new_subscription). You can access these templates by going to Settings > Emails > Templates.

Subscriptions offer customers a convenient way to receive products repeatedly. This guide will walk you through the steps on how to activate it:

1. Activate the plugin:
   • Find the Subscriptions plugin on the plugin page in ReadyCMS.
   • Click the Activate button.
2. Subscription interval selection:
   • Once activated, the Subscription interval option will be available within the 'Add order' and 'Edit order' pages.
   • Enter the interval that fits your customers' preferences.
3. Edit columns in the Orders page:
   • To successfully see which orders are subscribed while you are on your Orders list page, go to Edit columns settings and turn on the Subscription option
4. How it looks now:
   • The Orders page now shows the subscription status of orders
     
5. View order:
   • When you click the order, the subscription information will appear on the right side, below the customer and administrator information.

That's it! No additional configuration is needed. Once the plugin is active, you can set up customer order subscriptions.
