How it works
Once the plugin is activated:
- Go to Admin Panel > Emails.
- Click the "Mail metrics" tab.
- You'll see real-time totals and rates:
- Total Opens – Number of email opens recorded.
- Total Clicks – Number of link clicks within those emails.
- Open Rate (%) – Percentage of emails that were opened.
- Click Rate (%) – Percentage of emails that had links clicked.
- View a 30-day chart showing daily performance trends.
Note:
Only emails sent through ReadyCMS are tracked. Metrics are calculated for the last 30 days.
