Version 3.0.60 is live, and it brings important changes and improvements to “Assistants”.
This release focuses on making Assistants more helpful across ReadyCMS. Advisor messages now appear in more relevant places, respond better to user actions, and provide more timely guidance based on what is happening in the store, on the website, and in the account setup.
What's new?
1) Assistants now work across more areas of ReadyCMS
Assistants show up more, helping users notice important setup issues, missed opportunities, and useful next steps at the right moment.
The rebuilt advisor system is powered by more than 35 smart triggers across security, operations, eCommerce setup, SEO, campaigns, inventory, analytics, customer engagement, and product management.
This allows ReadyCMS to surface more relevant recommendations, warnings, and tips based on each project's current state.
For example, Assistants can now help users spot missing SEO meta tags, incomplete website settings, inactive analytics, missing payment or shipping setup, pending product reviews, low stock situations, products without images, cold leads, or important store milestones such as the first order or the hundredth order.
2) They work better and smarter
They also detect more. Each Assistant has a clearer focus area.
- Ada and Nicolai support SEO and AI-assisted content quality,
- Matthias focuses on security,
- Robert and Maria help with operational and store setup,
- Emilie supports email performance,
- Julia focuses on customer engagement and loyalty,

- Martha supports product catalog quality,
- and Elio helps with content and publishing workflows.
Imagine if you forgot to upload product images to your product pages: Martha would catch it, notify you, and even provide a link to the Product catalog page.
3) They have more options
Users also have more control over how advisor messages appear.
Recommendations can now be permanently dismissed, snoozed for 24 hours, or automatically suppressed after repeated appearances, helping keep the interface useful without becoming repetitive.
