The recommendations already helped you monitor your store weekly. With this update, it now checks significantly more areas, gives you a clearer overview of what is being monitored, and makes recommendation results easier to search, share, and manage.
This means your admin can help you catch more potential issues before they affect customers, orders, security, or day-to-day store operations.
What’s new?
1) Weekly store health check now covers more areas
Your existing weekly store check is now much more powerful.
ReadyCMS now scans 44 important areas of your store during the weekly Recommendations check. This gives you broader coverage across products, orders, commerce, operations, and security.
The expanded checks include areas such as duplicate SKUs, out-of-stock products, admin password age, SSL certificate expiry, and other important signals that can affect store quality and reliability.
When ReadyCMS detects something that needs attention, it appears as a recommendation card in your admin. Each card can be dismissed and includes a direct link to the relevant section, so users can quickly review the issue and take action.
This helps your team stay ahead of more potential problems, without needing to manually check every part of the store.
2) Full checks catalog
You can now see exactly what Recommendations checks for you.
The Recommendations page now includes a direct link to the full checks catalog at the bottom of the recommendation card grid.
The catalog opens with a summary of all covered areas, then lists the individual checks included in the weekly scan.
This gives you a clearer understanding of what ReadyCMS monitors and why those checks matter. It also makes the Recommendations feature more transparent, helping store teams see how it supports store quality, security, product readiness, and operational stability.
3) Search
Longer recommendation lists are now easier to review.
Some recommendations may include multiple affected items, such as orders, products, or other store records. For these cases, recommendation cards now include a search option.
This helps users quickly find a specific item inside the recommendation card instead of manually scanning through longer lists.
It is especially useful when a recommendation includes several products, orders, or records that need attention.
4) Export
Recommendation details are now easier to share and review.
You can now print or export recommendation card content in formats such as CSV, Excel, PDF, and more.
This makes it easier to share issues with your team, save recommendation results for later review, or send details to the person responsible for resolving them.
