Version 3.0.58 delivers a set of focused improvements across existing ReadyCMS functionality, with updates aimed at better stability, clearer admin workflows, and faster everyday management.
What’s new?
Here’s a list of the improvements included in version 3.0.58.
1) Tools and bulk operations
ReadyCMS tools play an important role in everyday store management, especially when working with large product catalogs, stock levels, prices, and product feeds.
In this release, we improved how bulk operations handle larger datasets, made tool pages clearer, and strengthened the reliability of product feed generation.
-
More reliable high-volume processing:
Large CSV and XLSX files containing tens of thousands of rows can now be processed more reliably. Imports run in smaller chunks and display a live progress bar, allowing you to follow the operation and review results as they become available.
-
Cleaner tool pages:
Empty Results and Preview sections are no longer displayed when opening a tool for the first time. These sections now appear only after an import or update has been started.
-
Improved Update Product Prices tool:
The CSV template now follows the same column order as other product tools: ID, SKU, and Barcode. Prices can also be cleared by entering a negative value, making it easier to remove a sale or wholesale price without changing the regular price.
-
Stronger marketplace and CSV product feeds:
Product feed generation has been improved across supported marketplace formats, including Facebook, Amazon, Bing, TikTok, and eBay. CSV feed filters, such as manufacturer, stock status, and category, are also applied more consistently.
2) API and headless
This release introduces more precise headless updates, stronger API access controls, and several reliability improvements across the API layer.
-
New PATCH endpoint for headless item values:
Individual headless item values can now be updated safely without replacing the entire group. This makes smaller updates more efficient and reduces the risk of unintentionally changing unrelated values.
-
Smarter API cache invalidation:
API cache invalidation has been improved, helping ReadyCMS refresh relevant data more efficiently after changes.
-
Stronger API authentication and access enforcement:
Failed authentication requests now return the appropriate HTTP status, while revoked or rotated API keys stop working immediately. Domain restrictions are also enforced more consistently across API requests.
-
More reliable custom item creation:
Creating contacts and other custom-type items via the API is now more reliable when optional general fields are omitted from the request. Related automations continue to run normally after the item is created.
-
Cleaner API access settings:
The Settings / Access page is now easier to manage. Domain restrictions are configured separately for each API key, domain lists are displayed more clearly, and general contact, privacy, and Terms of Service settings can be saved independently.
3) Commerce and orders
Order communication has been improved by adding a new option to share shipment tracking information.
-
Clickable tracking links in order emails:
Order email templates can now include a clickable carrier-tracking link through the new
{{TRACKING_LINK}}merge field.
PostNord, Bring, DExpress, City Express, and AKS are supported out of the box.
4) Minor improvements
Several smaller improvements have also been introduced across the admin panel to make everyday content and store management clearer and more efficient.
-
Media Manager alt text improvements:
Images without alt text are now marked with a warning icon in the Media Manager, making files that need attention easier to identify.

Newly uploaded files also receive a suggested alt text based on the filename, giving editors a useful starting point to review and refine.
-
Clearer required fields in admin forms:
Required fields are now marked with a red asterisk throughout the admin panel, making it immediately clear which information must be completed before saving.
-
Quick publish status changes for product tags and categories:
The publish status of product tags and product categories can now be changed directly from the list page, without opening each record individually.
-
Quick status changes for custom content types and user groups:
Custom content type and user group statuses can also be toggled directly from their list views, making routine admin changes faster and easier.
