ReadyCMS Version 3.0.57 is here! This update expands the ReadyCMS Tools area with over 20 new bulk tools, making repetitive admin work faster, safer, and easier to manage at scale.

Instead of handling changes one by one, teams can now update products, orders, subscriptions, users, and content in bulk through structured tools with validation and clearer workflows.

All new bulk tools are available from the Tools page in the admin panel.

What’s new?

Basically, we added many new tools to reduce redundancies in everyday work. And we've updated the template file format.

CSV template improvements
We improved the file templates used for bulk tools.
Downloadable template files are now available in a more consistent format, and tool templates are standardized around CSV, making bulk imports easier to prepare and reuse.

1) New product tools

• Manage product attributes — bulk add or update custom product attributes; existing values are updated, and missing ones are created
• Archive or unarchive products — activate or deactivate products in bulk via CSV upload, using ID, SKU, or Barcode
• Update product slugs or URLs — bulk update product slugs, permalinks, and URLs, with support for partial updates
• Manage product attributes — bulk add or update custom product attributes; existing values are updated, and missing ones are created
• Update product images via URL — assign product images by URL, including optional positions such as poster and gallery_1-10
• Update product weight and dimensions — bulk update weight, width, height, and length, including support for European decimal format
• Update product general fields — Update core product fields in bulk through CSV import, making it easier to maintain product data across large catalogs.
• Update tax — Bulk update tax-related product values via CSV import for faster, more consistent tax configuration.
• Remove product images — Remove product images in bulk to help teams quickly clean up outdated, incorrect, or unnecessary media.
• Update product shipping fields — Bulk update shipping-related product fields to keep delivery settings accurate across many products at once.

2) Manufacturer tools

• Add tags to manufacturers — Add tags in bulk via CSV import for faster organization and filtering.
• Remove tags from manufacturers — Remove manufacturer tags in bulk to simplify cleanup and taxonomy management.

3) New order tools

• Update order status — bulk change order statuses using Order ID or Order Number, with validation against allowed statuses
• Update order payment status — bulk update payment statuses such as Pending, Paid, Failed, Refunded, Canceled, and Partially Refunded
• Update order invoice numbers — bulk assign invoice numbers to orders, with validation for field length
• Assign orders to staff — bulk assign orders to admin/staff users for fulfillment tracking
• Add tracking numbers — bulk add tracking numbers and carrier information, with optional automatic status update to Shipped
• Manage subscriptions — activate, deactivate, or update subscription renewal intervals in bulk using subscription UID

4) New user tools

• Activate/deactivate user accounts — activate or deactivate user accounts in bulk using User ID or Email
• Bulk user role assignment — assign user roles or groups in bulk using User ID or Email

5) New content tool

A new content-focused tool was also added:

• Find and replace in product descriptions — a form-based tool for searching and replacing text across product descriptions and/or short descriptions, without file upload
