ReadyCMS Version 3.0.56.4

Version 3.0.56.4

This update improves content structure, revision tracking, media management, and the reliability of headless field handling across different content types.

1) Expanded page type options

  • Added additional page type options, including list-style taxonomy pages for tags and categories, as well as shop taxonomy list pages.
    Version 3.0.56.4-0

2) Dedicated revisions pages and improved comparison tools

  • Dedicated Revisions pages are now available for Products, Manufacturers, and Custom content types.
    Version 3.0.56.4-1
  • Revision history is now displayed as a clickable timeline, allowing you to select any snapshot and review changes.
  • Baseline comparison now allows comparing any two snapshots, not only a snapshot and the current version.
    Version 3.0.56.4-2
  • Revision details are now easier to read, with key-by-key aligned comparison, clearer formatting, and revision metadata displayed separately from content fields.
  • Optional revision metadata, including who, when, and how, can now be stored and displayed when enabled.

3) Media Manager improvements

  • Folder navigation is now clearer with a clickable breadcrumb path.
  • The Back button now reliably returns to the parent folder.
    Version 3.0.56.4-3
  • Folders no longer consume file pagination, so files appear immediately, even in folder-heavy directories.
  • The upload dialog has been simplified, and multi-file uploads are now more reliable.
  • Improved consistency when switching between Cloud and FTP media storage.

4) More reliable headless field handling

  • Saving and displaying headless field values is now more reliable across Products, Custom content types, Categories, and Tags.
  • Product category and tag custom fields now persist correctly and appear consistently after updates.
  • Custom type headless group placement is now more consistent, improving field placement in the editor.

Together, these updates make content management in ReadyCMS more structured, easier to review, and more reliable across pages, revisions, media, and headless fields.

In the next segment, we’ll cover updates to Emails and email templates.
